As a secure complex it is excellent for families with children. It is well located in Palm Mar and large for a complex although the way in which the different phases are set out means you don´t get the impression of it being as big as it is.

Palm Mar
Palm Mar is a pleasant town with its own stretch of coastline and beach and was recently redeveloped during the housing boom when many new complexes were built. There still remains a few signs of this massive increase in construction in a number of developments which have still not been completed but for the most part the town is maturing nicely and the population continues to grow with new shops and bars opening up. The town is very popular for both permanent residents and part timers who come over for 3 to 6 months a year and the bars hear are predominantly English speaking. The expat and non-resident market are well served although it is no where near as touristic as the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas which are just along the coastline.
